Thrill to high-speed stunts as Lightning McQueen and the crew of Disney Pixar’s Cars race across the ice! Dive into adventure with Ariel and The Little Mermaid’s undersea kingdom. The toys are back in town with heroic action when Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the Disney Pixar Toy Story gang escape Sunnyside Daycare in their most daring adventure! Plus, enter the wintery world of Arendelle with sisters Anna and Elsa and pals Olaf and Kristoff from Disney’s Frozen as they learn that true love comes from within. Get warmed up for the show and be your best with exclusive moves taught by the mouse that started it all at Mickey’s Dance-Along Pre-Show. We want to first let you know that despite the extreme weather that has affected areas throughout the City of San Jose, SAP Center at San Jose remains unaffected by the storms and is open for business and all scheduled events will take place as planned.

DRESS CODE
In an effort to provide a layer of safety for all guests, a dress code will be in place for all Disney On Ice attendees.
This dress code requires that proper attire, including shoes and shirts, be worn at all times. Attire that is not deemed appropriate for the show may result in refusal of admittance or ejection from the show - this includes, but is not limited to, costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older.

Parking Options
Upon arrival at SAP Center at San Jose, you will have a number of easily accessible on-site parking options for only $15 per car.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Taking public transportation?
With a heavy volume of traffic expected tomorrow, we encourage all fans to take advantage of the San Jose Diridon station located immediately across the street from SAP Center.
This station location allows you to easily travel to and from the event via several public transportation options including VTA Light Rail.

Need assistance with entry?
Guests requiring accessible parking and a convenient passenger drop-off area may park in SAP Center’s ABC Parking Lot and enter through the North Entrance. The North Entrance is adjacent to the parking lot.

USING THE UBER ZONE AT SAP CENTER
Using Uber to get to the show? All you need to do is:
Download the Uber app and enter promo code SAPCENTER2017 or click here to sign up at and get your first Uber ride free, up to $20. Request a ride through the Uber app and set your destination as SAP Center.
Ask your driver to drop you off in our designated drop off locations on Autumn and Montgomery Streets.
After the show, walk west of the arena and request your ride from the Uber Zone on Stockton Avenue for the smoothest pick-up experience.
